Live On-site Engraving for the PowerSchool Edge Conference in Orlando Florida
Live event engraving activations are one of the most popular services we offer the event industry and they’re always a fan favorite. We recently partnered with PowerSchool for the Edge 2023 Summit at a the Swan Dolphin Convention Center in Orlando, Florida and we are happy to say the event was a huge success.
Our live engraving event consisted of etching the guests initials and/or names on metal water bottles. We engraved over 400 bottles in the course of 3 days with two artists on-site. Guests lined up with excitement the moment we arrived and started setting up our equipment, they couldn’t believe the engraved calligraphy details were made by hand and took less than 2 minutes to personalize!

We had two engravers at this live event. Each was able to engrave up to 200+ bottles, some of which had very complex texts — including some in different languages. Guests that requested their initials or names only received their engraved bottle within 1 minute.

Guests love the live event calligraphy engraving activation so much we were out of bottles on the last day as some attendees even managed to snag a few bottles for their families. Despite the engraving sound (similar to that of a nail drill) guests were very sad to hear we weren’t coming back for the final day of the conference!

We had a tons of guests stop by our station to congratulate us and tell us how wonderful the activation was. There is just something about seeing your initials or favorite saying put on an item during an event which is magical!
